Definition of Terms

Intermediary company – “Otakhi” Ltd (identification number: 405388959)

User – a natural or legal person who enters the website of “Otakhi” Ltd. (www.eroom.ge) and buys the offered products.

Contract – a set of these terms and conditions, to which the consumer agrees when purchasing the product.

This website is the property of  “Otakhi” Ltd.
“Otakhi” Ltd. is not a direct seller of products posted on the website (www.eroom.ge).
The user is obliged to protect the copyright and intellectual property rights, not to copy the information from the website in full or in part, and to distribute it in any form and for any purpose.
Registration and ordering procedure and privacy policy

2.1. Registering on the site by the user and placing an order means automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions offered.

2.2. Products can be purchased by the user both by registering on the website and without it.

2.3. If the user chooses to register on the website, he/she will need an email, a password chosen by him/her, and a contact number to which he/she will be contacted if necessary.

2.4. If the customer purchases the product without registration, he/she is obliged to indicate his/her email and contact number when contacting the e-order, if necessary.

2.5. When placing an electronic order by the user, the order information is sent to the specified e-mail.

2.6. Before placing an e-order, the customer is obliged to carefully check the correctness of the e-mail and contact number indicated by him, as well as the description of the desired item and the terms of purchase.

2.7. The customer is responsible for the data provided when placing an electronic order by the customer.

2.8. The customer will receive the purchased products no later than 5 (five) working days after the refund of the amount transferred by the courier.

2.9. The order is confirmed by the customer from the moment he reflects the amount in the bank account of the intermediary company.

2.10. In case the customer has ordered the item by mistake and wants to change it, he/she is obliged to inform the intermediary company about it immediately, but no later than 1 (one) calendar day by e-mail. At the same time, the cost of the courier service of the exchanged item and the difference between the cost of the items are covered by the customer.

2.11. The customer is obliged to transfer the cost of the electronic order to the bank account indicated in the invoice and indicate the order number.

2.12. In case of buying in foreign currency, the company does not accept responsibility for the difference between the rates of the transaction.

Refund policy

3.1. The intermediary company is obliged to return the amount paid by the customer in case:

3.1.1. No later than 15 (fifteen) working days after payment, the customer has not been provided with the purchased product (unless a special order has been received and it takes a reasonable time to make it).

3.1.2. The supplied products do not match the purchased ones.

3.1.3. Products are damaged.

Note: Return terms apply in the event of a defect found in the presence of the courier.

3.2. In case of cases provided for in paragraphs 3.1.2, 3.1.3, the customer is obliged to notify the intermediary company by e-mail no later than 2 (two) hours after receiving the product.

Note: Products are subject to return if the original packaging is not damaged and the original condition of the item is maintained.

3.3. Completed electronic order can not be canceled if the item is out of stock and the item needs a reasonable time to be manufactured.

3.4. The customer has the right to cancel the electronic order no later than 1 (one) calendar day only if the item is in stock and its value is reflected in the account of the intermediary company.

3.5. Electronic order is not subject to cancellation if the item has already been delivered to the courier.

Payment methods

We offer one of the safest payment methods.

By cashless payment or deposit to the account through Tbcpay and Expresspay machines.

Zone I – Tbilisi, Tskneti, Kojori, Kiketi – 5.50 GEL

Zone II – Gori, Khashuri, Kutaisi, Poti, Batumi, Akhaltsikhe, Rustavi, Telavi, Gurjaani, Zugdidi, Samtredia, Zestaponi, Senaki, Abasha, Kobuleti, Mtskheta, Borjomi, Dmanisi, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Gardabani, Sighnaghi, Ksani , Sagarejo,Lagodekhi, Lanchkhuti, Ozurgeti, Chokhatauri, Kvareli, Gonio, Sarpi – 7 GEL

Zone III – all other settlements throughout Georgia – 13 GEL

Delivery is carried out:

Across Tbilisi: 2 – 3 working days.

In the region: 5 – 6 working days.
